William Richardson Company
I would like to thank you and your staff for the wonderful job that you did in successfully marketing my business. As you know, my doctor had advised me to quit working due to a serious heart condition. We have been unable to sell the business even though we had several prospects.
I especially appreciate the fact that you were able to find us a buyer who could pay cash, even though the selling price was in excess of $1,000,000.
My family and I have really enjoyed the freedom that we have experienced not being committed to the business on a daily basis any longer, and the security we have from the proceeds of the sale.
If my family or I can ever be of service to you or Freeman and Associates please do not hesitate to call upon us.
Your Truly, William Richardson

I Would like to thank you for the time and courtesy extended to me. I am very impressed that the president of Freeman & Associates took the time to talk to a company as small as mine.
I appreciate the time you took out of your busy schedule-but most importantly, I appreciate you staying honest to your word. It is very refreshing to know that people still do conduct business with honesty and integrity.
Sincerely, Jon Mastoris
I am writing as a satisfied former owner of a business that sold in January. Gary Meade sold Animal Crackers of Lexington, a children's clothing store, about six months after listing it. He gave a lot of time meeting and staying in touch with interested parties, took a personal interest in selling the business, and was at all times professional in his contacts.
Freeman & Associates consistently sent us the names of potential buyers but there was so much interest locally, that Gary was kept busy with those prospects. We had talked with many people over a two-year period and it was obvious that Gary's presentation, with emphasis on future profits, was more effective than ours.
If I had to do it over again, I would definitely list with Freeman again, and hope that Gary Meade would be our agent.
Sincerely, Ann McCullough

When we decided to pursue the possibility of selling our business we knew we did not want a local realtor or marketing firm to handle the transaction. We wanted someone with a vast expanse of knowledge and experience in marketing businesses. Not only nationally, but beyond.
We had received a mailing a year or so before and remembered the professionalism of the offer to market our business. That mailing was from Freeman & Associates in Charlotte, N.C., all the way on the opposite side of the country from us.
We called Freeman and set the ball rolling. From the onset we were treated with the utmost of respect and professionalism as though we were the only client they had.
Our agent, Edward Surber, Executive Vice-President of Freeman & Associates, was there for us from the very start to the final offer and sale. As this was our first ever business sale, Mr. Surber went over and beyond what was expected of him. A true Southern gentleman, Ed has become a good friend as well, and we are expecting to see him again in a few weeks, as a referral of ours has decided to list their business with Freeman & Associates as well.
We cannot say enough about how well we were treated by Freeman & Associates and would not hesitate in any way to recommend them to any business, large or small.
